Depicting The Right to education

Before we start, people say that "Children without the education is the bird without the wings".Technically speaking it might sound good but what it's up for?

As a Indian,People(Including me) criticizes government about their perks in implementing good scheme so that every child in India can get the education as the secret in education lies in respecting the student(child). They say that "Today's children is tomorrow's citizens" but what if our children is not educated?

Technically speaking,Endorsing "Every child must get education" is not that easy. There are some perks yet we've to compensate the difficulties after all it's all about our country's future, ain't it?

Yes,every child have a right to pursue the education,Is it implementing correctly?HELL NO.

Now let's discuss about the difficulties  we are facing while implementing this scheme-

"According to the National Crime Records Bureau, every year around 65,000 children fall victim to trafficking. Only 10% of such cases are registered with the police. Officially, therefore, only 6,500 children are trafficking victims. Besides this, around 1.20 crore children are involved in child labour (2001 census), keeping them out of school."- Source-Infochangeindia.org

Yet,it's improving.Yes,our literacy rate is increasing which is a good sign for our future. But for 100% literacy,we've to wait and yes,it may possible.

Lastly,Education is the powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.

My Idea To Increase Literacy Rate In India

I personally feel that the education fees for all SC/ST students from class1 to class 12 studying in Government schools should be made free all over India and even college fees should be given waivers for the welfare and the promotion of those people....This would enable them to get motivated to go to schools and thereby increasing the literacy rate of India...

Right to education

The right to education is a universal entitlement to education, recognized in the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights as a human right that includes the right to free, compulsory primary education for all, an obligation to develop secondary education accessible to all, in particular by the progressive introduction of free secondary education, as well as an obligation to develop equitable access to higher education, ideally by the progressive introduction of free higher education.
The right to education also includes a responsibility to provide basic education for individuals who have not completed primary education. In addition to these access to education provisions, the right to education encompasses the obligation to rule out discrimination at all levels of the educational system, to set minimum standards and to improve quality of education.

A number of international NGOs and charities work to realize the right to education using a rights-based approach to development.

But unfortunately because of child labour and many other problems millions of
children in this world are not able to get primary education  and
eventually become illiterate...this is a really sad news...
